Apply today!A Day in the Life of a IT Support SpecialistWith a strong work commitment, you’re expected to provide helpdesk remote diagnostics, implementation and training of our POS systems & peripherals. You’ll be relied upon to ensure that the needs of new and existing customers are met. Balancing the requests of multiple team members and prioritizing tasks. Your analytical skills will be used to analyze problems and adjust client systems as they arise. You will communicate any changes that need to be made in our clients systems to the appropriate parties and ensure a timely correction of all needed problems.Business Machines Company offers a family type culture, where everyone knows each other. Our employees enjoy a regular work schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm with a rotating on-call schedule. We offer our employees a competitive salary ranging from $16 – $24/hr DOE.
