Description: Job Title: Senior Director, Global Marketing FitusiranLocation: Cambridge, MA (onsite 3x a week)About the JobThe Senior Director, Global Marketing Fitusiran will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing initiatives to support the commercialization of fitusiran for the treatment of moderate to severe Hemophilia A or B, with and without inhibitors.This role will be highly cross functional and will have direct interface with global brand team, senior leadership, affiliate marketing, agency partners and all relevant internal Cross-Functional Team Members.The position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute a global HCP marketing strategy for fitusiranBase strategies on customer insights and align with product positioning, overall strategies, and goals.Develop effective, clinically supported communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners and country teams.Develop core messaging and creative campaigns.Lead the development, approval, and implementation of HCP marketing tactics across various channelsLead and execute HCP commercial advisory boardsManage key global thought leader influence and centers of excellence mapping strategy, KOL mapping, KOL engagement plan & executionLead Marketing Council.
