Description: A dynamic and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its NJ office. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matrimonial cases, including contentious divorce, custody, and support matters.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in handling family law cases, including high-net-worth divorce, custody disputes, and support matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and support attorneys in trial preparation.
• Manage client intake and maintain communication with clients, experts, and witnesses.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of family law paralegal experience in New Jersey.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet research, and document management systems.

Compensation & Work Arrangement:

• Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Work Schedule: In-person for the first 30 days, followed by a hybrid schedule (two remote days per week).
