Having opened in Fall 2018, our school currently enrolls 191 students in Kindergarten through Grade 6. During the 2025-26 school year, we will expand to include Grade 7. The High School Pathways Advisor will support students and families as they navigate the unique high school matriculation process in and around Providence. This role involves working closely with 7th and 8th grade students and their families to help them understand, prepare for, and find success in entering their preferred high schools, whether private, traditional public, public exam, or charter. The Pathways Advisor will guide students and families through the process of learning about options and selecting preferred schools as well as exam preparation and application submission, where applicable, ensuring students are well-positioned to gain admission or otherwise enter high-quality secondary schools. Further, the Pathways Advisor will develop relationships with local independent secondary schools, generating enthusiasm for accepting our well-prepared Croft students. Finally, this person will play a pivotal role – alongside our teachers – in preparing our students for high school success.The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Rhode Island high school landscape, including both public and independent school options, and have a talent for relationship building to advocate for Croft students.Key Responsibilities
