Description: Description:Are you an experienced Magento developer with a passion for enterprise-scale e-commerce solutions? Helm is looking for a Senior Magento Developer Team Lead to manage an offshore team while driving technical excellence and innovation.What You’ll DoLead and mentor a team of 3-6 offshore Magento developers.Architect and implement complex Magento 2.x solutions with best practices.Maintain and enhance four existing Magento 2.x installs to ensure top-tier performance.Integrate Magento with Netsuite ERP, warehouse management, and other key systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Establish development standards and conduct code reviews.Work closely with hosting providers to optimize performance and security.
