Is that you?Jockey is seeking an Associate Web Designer & Email Specialist to join our Marketing team!JOB SUMMARYThe Associate Web Designer & Email Specialist is responsible for the concept, design and execution of various digital assets with a primary focus on email and website campaigns. This role combines strong visual design with user experience principles to ensure all digital touchpoints are intuitive, engaging, and effective.This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Concept, design, and develop digital assets to produce user-first creative designs that align with UX best practices and drive adoption, usage, and engagement.
• Design and execute across a full range of screen sizes, digital touch points and domains including, but not limited to e-mail campaigns, major holiday campaigns, microsites, landing pages, icons, social media assets, promotional banners, informational emails, and online advertising campaigns.

• Apply UX principles to ensure intuitive navigation, clear content hierarchy, and accessibility across all digital designs.
• Deliver consistent and/or complimentary experiences across all digital channels, including adaptive & responsive web and device-based design.
• Develop and ideate multivariate testing options for email and digital design work. This includes analyzing and generating continuous iterative cycles to optimize results.
• Collaborate to help guide creative strategy rooted in user behavior, testing insights, and thoughtful design systems.
• Ensure designs maintain a consistent look across different browsers and e-mail clients through the use of style sheets, established industry standards, and QA cycles.
• Develop, interpret, and maintain existing brand guideline templates in Photoshop and HTML, ensuring designs adhere to brand standards.
• Perform maintenance and design updates to existing web sites and emails, including content updates and error corrections.
• Present and review artwork throughout the production process and provide quality assurance of all deliverables.
• Direct retouching, color calibration, and digital optimization of images for presentation on the web.
• Adhere to all department workflow policies, standard operating procedures and file management best practices.
• Review and provide feedback on other employees’ work as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of professional web design experience within an agency or in-house design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Working knowledge of UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team for successful project outcomes.
• Ability to articulate creative concepts and UX rationale to stakeholders and ensure all deliverables meet both brand and user experience standards.
• Ability to see projects through to completion, including prioritizing, tracking, and handling of time schedules.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the latest versions of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mac OS.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
