Compensation Range: $35 – 40 per hourWe are looking for an Email Developer to bring dynamic campaigns to life. In this role, you will develop and execute a variety of email campaigns—promotional, triggered, and transactional—using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Movable Ink. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Email Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital Design to deliver impactful, data-driven communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excels in communication and problem-solving within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:

• Build email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink and related tools.
• Edit and troubleshoot design/code during the proofing process across all platforms (Figma, Salesforce, Movable Ink).
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventions.
• Partner with Email Marketing to understand deployment schedules.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
• Stay current on email best practices, ESP capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), Movable Ink.
• Familiarity with data integrations and APIs.
• Experience with triggered, transactional and journey-based emails.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project tools like Monday.com.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Detail-oriented, efficient and creatively driven problem-solver.
• Strong communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail environments.
• Passion for beauty and deep understanding of the beauty industry, especially Beauty’s products and guests.
• Video editing or animation experience.
