We aim to be the best partners and deliver incredible time and cost value for our customers.RH is seeking a Vice President of Project Sourcing to join our Contract Team and lead the evolution of our RH Contract Project Sourcing organization. This customer and vendor-facing role balances business leadership with technical product excellence, guiding and developing a team of sourcing professionals, owning and developing our relationships with key vendors, refining tools and processes to elevate our capabilities, ensuring our products meet customer requirements, and ensuring sourcing projects are prioritized and resourced effectively to meet RH Contract sales and customer commitments. In addition, this customer-facing role is responsible for representing our Project Sourcing team and capabilities in conversations with strategic customers to help frame up large, complex projects.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the RH Contract Project Sourcing team, shaping our approach to large-scale design projects, prioritizing initiatives and resources to align with customer needs and RH Contract’s business goals, enhancing team capabilities to set a new standard in luxury Hospitality, and proactively resolving customer and project issues
  • Lead all strategic sourcing projects to make sure that we are supporting our RH Contract sales team and customers with the very best creative sourcing options and solutions
  • Develop deep collaborative relationships with all key RH Contract vendors to support our business – understanding each factory’s core capabilities, lead times, costing, volume sweet spots, customization capabilities and developing strong working relationships with all key vendor decision makers
  • Partner closely with the VP of Global Sales and Regional Sales Directors to support their conversations with brands, developers, and owners from a project sourcing perspective
  • Effectively communicate and credentialize our unique and valuable Project Sourcing approach, especially as part of our Design Integration process
  • Help shape and frame project opportunities in ways that resonate with brand teams, ownership

groups, developers, and their ecosystems of partners. * Lead RH Contract-specific product development and be involved in relevant product development initiatives led by our Core RH team

  • Create tools to support our RH Contract sales teams and increase our RH Contract Project Sourcing team’s productivity – factory information summary; product costing library, repository of product customizations
  • Build tools to support our RH Contract Sales and Sourcing teams productivity and project quoting efficiency
  • Deliver actionable insights on vendor performance and product quality to Core RH product teams, driving continuous improvement across product quality and operational processes
  • Partner with the President and VP of Global Sales to evolve our Design Integration offering – shaping customer messaging, identifying key targets, and identifying and supporting the strategic connections across brand, ownership, design, and procurement stakeholders
  • Contribute to our highly collaborative RH Contract Leadership Team – insights, ideas, connections, and issue troubleshooting

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of experience in Hospitality project procurement and/or manufacturing
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of the Hospitality, Commercial and Residential Development segments and how to best engage with key influencers and decision-makers
  • Strong grasp of competitive pricing models for high-end Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential projects
  • Demonstrated success in Hospitality product development and knowledge of contract product

requirements across major global markets (US, LATAM, UK, MEA, APAC) * Expertise in managing deliverables for complex, luxury Hospitality design projects

  • Effective communicator across cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers -both in presentations and written communications
  • Ability to prioritize multiple high-level projects with tight, competing deadlines, in collaboration with RH Contract Leadership
  • Collaborative mindset with a continuous drive to simplify and improve RH Contract systems and

practicesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasionally travel domestically and internationally for strategic customer meetings and/or project product reviews
