• Solicit and document requirements from stakeholders (Marketing and non-Marketing teams).
• Configure Salesforce Marketing platform to enable new channels, automations, and performance monitoring.
• Design and implement solutions on Data Cloud by creating data models, segments, flows, transformations, and calculated insights.
• Understand how data cloud integrates with Salesforce marketing Cloud and Privacy Center.
• Document solutions for training and support teams.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to design processes, perform training, and UAT.
• Provide support to users post implementation.
• Participate in daily stand ups and required meetings.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Specialist with minimum of 5 years experience with implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud (DC) for large Marketing Organizations.

• SFMC capabilities and how to configure automation for email campaign execution, deliverability monitoring and improvement, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws, and track and report campaign industry standard metrics to meet business requirements.
• How SFMC works with Salesforce Privacy Center and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Designing and Implementing a Data Cloud Solution for complex data structures.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, facilitating complicated group conversations and effectively collaborating with cross functional teams, conducting UAT and providing training and support to users and support teams.

Must Have Skills:

• Configuration of the Salesforce Marketing platform to enable new channels, automations, and monitoring the performance to onboard new Marketing teams.
• Design and implement solutions on Data Cloud by creating data models, segments, flows, transformations and calculated insights.
• Understanding how to use the Salesforce Data Cloud and Privacy Center to automate campaign building and execution.

Nice to Have skills:

• Data cloud exposure and experience.
• Tools: Validity Everest, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Stack.
• Salesforce CRM Experience.
