You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Enterprise Solutions Architect with Signify.This is a US remote position or Peachtree City GA.Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.In this role you will focus on converting requirements into the architecture and design forming the blueprint for a solution. The Solution Architect relies on previous project experience, reference architectures, and with guidance from product management. The Solution Architect is the deal development team leader and expected to provide guidance to the entire development team during the solution development process. The patterns and guidance solution architects develop become reusable in future engagementsKey Responsibilities:Assesses, consults and designs connected lighting solutions and services offeringsAdvances the use of connected lighting solutions and applications that add value for clients.Identifies and manages relationships with key integrators and partners to prepare and successfully deliver solutions.Travel to customer sites for, site reviews, scoping meetings, presentations and architectural sessionsAttend workshops, meetings, and architectural sessions within the industryCapable of interfacing to both technical and business functions within enterprise customersDevelop and maintain working relationships with other departments (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Channel Sales, Customer Support, etc.)More about youBachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related discipline from an accredited institution5+ years of solutions architecture, sales engineering or field engineering experienceExtensive technical knowledge of, connected lighting, power distribution, controls, IT infrastructure, video surveillance, access control, or other related fieldSkill and ability to demonstrate and support business-to-business sales and operational activities.Excellent customer service and client facing customer support experience.Solid negotiation, leadership skills and/or sales presentation experienceAnalytical, personable and a true problem-solver.*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
