Description: A Noteworthy firm is seeking a Family Law attorney to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow alongside the area’s top practitioners.Job Responsibilities;
- Manage assigned caseload independently and efficiently
- Draft and respond to correspondence
- Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel and the courts
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions and trials
- Assist the supervising attorneys in all phases of the practice
Qualifications;
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the state bar
- 3-4 Years Practicing Family Law
- Empathetic, and level-headed demeanor to properly handle sensitive family law matters
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills,
- Excellent writing and legal research skills
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
