Description: 🚀 Web Analytics Specialist (Hourly Contractor)About the RoleWe’re looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join Mozaiq on a freelance basis. You’ll serve as our go-to analytics partner, helping drive insights and data-driven decisions across a wide range of global marketing initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and knows how to turn raw data into meaningful stories. You’ll work with both the EU and US teams, so flexibility across time zones is key.🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Analytics Implementation & ManagementConfigure and maintain tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Matomo, and FullStorySet up custom event tracking, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across platforms2. Data Visualization & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI toolsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams3. Data Analysis & OptimizationAnalyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign resultsRecommend improvements and optimizations based on real data4. Tool & Process ImprovementCollaborate with marketing and dev teams to evolve our analytics stackIdentify opportunities to automate or improve data pipelines5. Optional Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)A/B testing tool experience (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)Familiarity with SEO reporting metrics and dashboardsExperience with ETL tools like Funnel, Supermetrics, or FivetranBasic SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets✅ What You’ll Need to SucceedHands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, Matomo, FullStoryStrong command of Looker Studio or equivalent BI dashboardsProficiency in Google Tag Manager and custom event tracking setupsSharp analytical skills and the ability to turn data into business impactClear communication and the ability to collaborate across global teams🌍 About MozaiqMozaiq is a fully remote team with roots in the US and Eastern Europe.
