• High School Diploma or GED; licensed instructor preferred.

• Valid New Mexico Coaching licensure or eligibility.

• Attain NMAA Coaching Certifications.

• Must demonstrate a willingness to work in a cooperative working environment.

• Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Preference given to certified staff.

*CDL is preferred, or willing to obtain CDLResponsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and training sessions.
• Develop and implement offensive and defensive strategies that align with program goals.
• Provide skill development and conditioning programs for all players.
• Foster an environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development.
• Evaluate and mentor players, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Working knowledge of rules and regulations of the sport involved.Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents.Ability to work productively as part of a team.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Other duties as assigned.*Physical requirements as outlined below;1. Carrying Tasks:a) Carrying of items weighing between 25 – 50 pounds is a frequent requirement.12.
