Description: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Onsite in Merritt Island, FLSalary: $30-$45/hr (Depending Experience)Industry: Aerospace/ManufacturingEmployment Type: 6 Month Contract Through 2025Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 8am to 5pm with OT scheduled as neededQualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related fields
• 1+ years of HR or customer support required; 2+ years of HR experience highly preferred.
• Experience supporting HR general inquires required.
• Case management experience required.
• Experience with Workday as an HRIS
• Experience with Time & Attendance in Workday is a plus
• Experience using Jira
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Responsibilities:

• Triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire organization population utilizing case management tool,
• Triage cases to the correct owners,
• Provide customer support for employees and members of HR,
• Investigate inquiries.
• A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, and providing onsite support to employees.
• Additional duties as assigned.
