Description: We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative insurance marketing specialist to join our growing team.   • Work in tandem with creatives on the graphic design team to ensure completion of marketing campaign and promotional materials and other collateral
  • Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information
  • Handle the management of all marketing strategies and campaigns – communicating with marketing, sales, insurance agents, and vendors
  • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Engage customers and prospects using events and other marketing initiatives that support insurance sales and brand awareness

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated success navigating CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an entry-level marketer, digital marketing specialist, B2B communicator, life insurance specialist, or similar insurance industry role preferred
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or other related field
  • Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must
