Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled plaintiff-side litigator with experience in personal injury, habitability, or landlord/tenant disputes. The position offers an opportunity to advocate for clients in habitability cases within a dynamic and collaborative team.Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.
- Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and client correspondence.
- Advise clients on case strategies and legal options to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Oversee and mentor paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
Qualifications:
- Active bar membership.
- Minimum 1-2 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
