We are strong believers in work-life balance and with our unique bonus structures, your hard work will always be rewarded.Position Summary:The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing projects, managing social campaigns, and collaborating with management teams to enhance marketing efforts across three different business units.Responsibilities:

• Work primarily with and support the Project Manager in all daily tasks
• Manage several projects at once without losing your cool

• Develop and execute social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram

• Implement online and email marketing initiatives

• Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices

• Help define strategic direction, vision, and goals

• Scope, document, and clearly communicate project requirements

• Ensure rigorous user acceptance testing and quality assurance

• Continuously analyze, report on, and achieve objectives

• Manage day-to-day stakeholder communications

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects

• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

• Perform several daily/weekly/monthly ongoing data tasks

• Other duties include: maintaining marketing materials, database management, and reporting analytics

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Extensive experience communicating and working closely with developers, designers, and analytics coworkers

• Great communication with diverse stakeholders and channels

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A deep respect for deadlines, details, and accuracy

• Digital experience (custom, web, and packaged applications)

• Brainstorming, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Comfort with Content Management Systems (primarily WordPress)

• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

Education/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required

• 0-3+ years of professional project management experience (but we see this as more entry-level)

• Digital agency background a plus

• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics a plus

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma a plus
