The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Red Hat Management and RH Ansible Automation Platform, with a strong focus on Windows automation and OS operations.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement Ansible Automation Platform solutions for enterprise environments.Lead AAP migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions.Develop automation strategies for Windows (Rating 3) and OS Operators (Rating 2).Integrate Ansible automation with Red Hat Management tools and hybrid cloud environments.Provide technical leadership and best practices for automation adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automation frameworks.Optimize existing automation workflows and troubleshoot performance issues.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in automation architecture, focusing on Ansible Automation Platform.Red Hat certifications (RHCA, RHCE, or equivalent)Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to automation.Must-Have Skills:Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform expertise.Strong experience with Red Hat Management tools.Proven ability to lead AAP migrations.Top Needs:Red Hat ManagementRH Ansible Automation Platform
