(See application instructions at under Join Our Team.)Internal applicants, please use your Ingham ISD email address when applying.About The RoleUnder the direction of the administrator and in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the Ingham Intermediate Board of Education, evaluates children referred as potentially eligible for special education services and programs.

  • Serves as a member of the multidisciplinary evaluation team and assists in the comprehensive assessment of students suspected of having a disability as outlined in the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education.
  • Collaborates with local district administrators and school-based leadership teams on MTSS activities. This includes participation in problem-solving teams and requires knowledge of data collection and analysis, curriculum-based assessments and tiered systems of interventions.
  • Supports staff in identifying and using researched-based instructional practices.

About You

  • Approval by the Michigan Department of Education as a School Psychologist.
  • Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and/or School Psychology.
  • 750 hour internship in School Psychology.
