• As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work on building digital go-to-market experiences
• Executing on strategies and tactics across web channels through storytelling and design
• Helping to create comprehensive SEO & SEM strategy – focusing on filling the top of the funnel and optimizing conversions
• Leading the web development team focused on delivering prospects and sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining web pages, user interfaces, and interactive digital experiences
• Guiding the team with an experiment-first mindset, pushing the team to test and learn, measuring and reporting results
• Implementing PPC strategies like keyword research and A/B testing
• Managing relationships with web development vendors and managing projects
• Leveraging various APIs to pull in dynamic web content, building reusable libraries and code

Requirements:

• 6+ years of front end web development experience
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, responsive design
• 3+ years of experience building websites with HubSpot and WordPress
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, and/or GCP is preferred
• Experience with PHP, Python, MySQL, Git, and/or HUBL
• Web analytics experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar
• Experience with A/B testing and content targeting
• Strong eye for UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

Compensation:

• $115K – $125K

Salary: $115000 – 125000 per year
