Compensation Range: $65.00 – 65.52 per hourAre you a skilled storyteller with a passion for translating complex financial topics into clear, compelling content? We’re seeking a Senior Writer to join our team—a strategic communicator who excels at crafting engaging narratives across both digital and print platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop high-impact communications that inform, inspire, and resonate with diverse audiences. Strong financial knowledge, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to simplify sophisticated ideas are key to success in this position.Schedule: Hybrid role with in-office work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Beginning 9/8/25, the schedule will shift to in-office Monday-Thursday.Candidates MUST have financial services experience.Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy

• Write original content for marketing materials, portfolio and market reports, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Distill and synthesize complex financial and investment ideas into accessible content.
• Translate data into meaningful proof points that support a broader story or business goal.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, tone, and regulatory requirements.
• Editing & Optimization

• Revise and repurpose existing materials to reflect current tone, timeframes, and statistics.
• Ensure all content complies with brand standards, style guides, and legal/compliance guidelines.
• Adapt content for use across formats (print, web, social, etc.) and optimize for SEO when appropriate.
• Collaboration & Project Management

• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Communications, and other business units to support integrated campaigns.
• Lead and manage writing projects, timelines, and stakeholder reviews.
• Work closely with designers to align copy with visual elements.
• Research & Analysis

• Conduct interviews with business leaders and investment professionals.
• Utilize research tools, databases, and analytics to support content development.
• Apply data modeling and quantitative analysis to build content strategies.
• Maintain fluency with financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial writing experience in a corporate or creative environment.
• Deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction, and asset management.
• Proven ability to write for both digital and traditional media channels.
• Strong grasp of social media, content marketing, and search strategy.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
• Writing samples required with application.
