Description: Technical Training Web-Based Curriculum DeveloperGreat opportunity for a skilled technical training developer to work with an incredible growing company!The ideal candidate must have a creative mind and great attention to detail to develop engaging and visually appealing training materials.This is a 12 month contract with potential to extend. This position is onsite 2-3 days a week in Atlanta, GA! This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large and growing company! • 5+ years of experience in web-based training design and development
• Expertise in instructional design models such as ADDIE and experience with curriculum development standards
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible learning materials
• Proficiency in SCORM and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Advanced skills with SCORM package authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise/Storyline, or similar)
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools
